We contacted Andrea as we wanted to buy in the area. We gave her our list of requirements and let her recommend properties to view. We were not disappointed with what she showed us. Fantastic villas with stunning views and within our price range. We were staying in Vera Playa and Andrea picked us up and drove us around, which we are very grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even arranged an appointment with Almeria Document Direct to discuss visas, residency etc.
Andrea helped us to make a deal with the vendors ( who are absolutely brilliant) on the purchase of the villa and this morning she has arranged for us to sign contracts at the Notaria in Vera.
I can only speak as a purchaser…Andrea is superb. She listens, spends plenty of time to explain the processes and is super knowledgeable about the area. I can imagine that she is equally expert when it comes to selling properties. So long story short, if you are thinking of buying or selling in the area please contact Andrea and her team, you won’t be disappointed.
