We recently purchased our lovely home in Los Carrascos using Dream Homes Almeria estate agents in Arboleas.
Andrea arranged the viewings, 3 in total before we finally decided it was the house for us.
We have viewed a number of different properties over the last 18 months, many of them with Andrea. We have always found her to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time taking us to places that weren’t what we wanted.
Andrea was always available in person or by phone, able to answer questions and queries we had and helped with printing necessary documents for us.
We were also confident that we didn’t have to worry about whether properties we were viewing with Andrea were fully legal. They always were, she states that she won’t sell anything that’s not fully legal and that is certainly the case.
