Our search began

We began our search for a holiday home around June 2018 and after an unsuccessful viewing trip to the Costa del Sol, decided to look at other areas. The Almeria region ticked several boxes and as we whittled down the property search (and agents) to single figures, we researched the surrounding areas and felt Arboleas with its locality to the coast, airports and a laid back feel was ideal (on paper at least). By the end of August, we were flying out for a short viewing trip, upon arrival in Arboleas, Andrea chauffeured us on an informal tour of the areas as we progressed through our shortlist. Our beliefs on the location were confirmed and an offer on a Villa was made shortly thereafter. While navigating through the subsequent purchasing process, Andrea and the team were on hand to guide and answer any questions we had. After completing in early November, Andrea was there to meet us on our first day in the property and have stayed in contact since, helping us to settle into the ways of this wonderful Countryside. There’s a much more personal feel to Property Agents aboard and Andrea managed to balance the fine line of buying and selling with aplomb.
